Position：Silicon Chip R&D Engineer

Department： Silicon Chip Center

Requirement: PhD Degree with at least five years working experience on silicon chips (including doctoral study phase)

Annual Salary: RMB450,000 and the salary can be negotiable during interviews.

Open headcount: 2-4

Location: Beijing, Wuhan, Quanzhou

Responsibility

1、Responsible for passive components including Mux and Demux, spot size converter designed on silicon chip.
2、Responsible for active components design including the simulation, performance improvement of silicon modulator and SiGe photo diode design.
3、Responsible for silicon chip design, layout and verification, communicate with foundry.
4、Responsible for testing silicon chips.

Detailed Requirement

1、PhD degree on silicon chip or over Bachelor degree with 5 years R&D working experience on silicon chips.
2、Familiar with various software like BEAMPROP, Lumerical, Sivaco or HFSS.
3、Have rich experience on studying modulators, Mux/Demux, Spot zise converter. We will have equity incentive for the outstanding talents.
4、Familiar with EDA.
